Poor service, unreliable, abuse of 3rdparty property

I took my car for repairs to Automagic Midrand, as recommended by my insurance. My car was booked in from the 14th August 2013 after waiting for 3 weeks before they could take it in. The estimated completion date was 28th August 2013.In the mean time my insurance booked me a hired car. When I dropped my car a driver was assigned to drop me to collect the hired car, and for this he used my car and not their courtesy car, which is awkward because I experienced this for the 2nd time taking my car there. During the 1st encounter my car went there with a full tank&on collection it was a quarter tank. Well that was a few years back. My first complaint this time is that the branch dont communicate with the client, no updates&feedback on progress of the car. They don't stick to completion dates, I turned away 4 times due to incomplete job. On collection the car was incomplete, misaligned, skew bonnet, paint scrapped. I was advised to leave the hired car with them when collecting my car and that they will return it. They only returned it 4 days later after tampering with the wheels, taking out the bolts of the hired car's wheels. I called them to report this and they are avoiding me and not returning calls.
