I logged a complaint with the MIO Novemember 2011 i received a mail back from Darren Smith stating they received my complaint and that it will be dealt with. I have made several follow ups with MIO to no avail. My question is if the MIO is pulling their shoulders up, where should aggrieved comsumers go? I am highly dissappointed in the MIO. I havent received any other feedback, I dont know if my case is still being investigates or what the out come was. Should i assume it was not in my favour? should i assume it still in progress? what am I to do?
