After obtaining a finance preapproval and shopping around at several BMW branches in Johannesburg, I decided to make contact with BMW Sandton Auto. My first impressions of Amy Bharoochi, the salesperson who tool my call- professional, inviting, enthusiastic and an excellent listener (at last I didn't have to repeat myself!). After a detailed discussion we made an appointment to meet the following day- when I arrived she was waiting for me at reception and continued to make me feel important and understood. After 3 days of constant updates and feedback, I decided to purchase the perfect BMW. I definitely bought the car there because of the service I received from Amy Bharoochi and her team. (Brigitte Phillips in Finance was also very efficient and prompt with feedback).
