I rented a car from 20-25 August. With it goes the deposit. This deposit should be paid back at least 24 hours after the car was returned...
I phoned last week to find out what is the delay and was told it should have been done and the person on the other side of the line, which I only researched after being transferred 5 TIMES. She would send head office an email. So I cannot contact them directly. Now after more than a week, my deposit has still not been paid back.
Luckily there are other rental companies, unfortunate that this one is linked to Kulula, which I enjoy flying with!
