Through my insurance a car was rented at 1St Car Rental. They required a R700.00 deposit... After multiple attempts to find out why they will not pay out the deposit I am still nowhere.
They won't give you invoices for what ever they used the deposit for. I even spoke to the manager but she disappeared. Please be very careful. They treat you like after you returned the car... Probably because they only plan to have a client once and never again.
I see this as. Cant believe companies still get away with this...
