Not getting my deposit back

W.H. Viljoen rented a car from Europcar on wednesday, 19/09/2013, and returned it on saturday, 21/09/2013. Since then the deposit has not been returned (approximately R4000) They did confirm telephonically that the car was in perfect order. When we hired the car we were told the money will paid within 48 hours. Everyday we phone they cannot tell us when the money will be paid.
