Oken promises and horrible service

I rented a car in October and paid a deposit of R750, after returning the car I was promised my deposit back the next day, excuses came along I was told and promised "tomorrow" so the next day came, excuses again an promised "tomorrow" again!!! Today I contacted them and the BRANCH MANAGER says to me " sorry, I cant help you, maybe the next week Tuesday or Wednesday " I contacted a lady at head office who I dealt with and she told me she will contact finance, after doing so she contacted me back saying they will find a way to get it paid to before the closing of the business, nothing!!! I am still waiting for my deposit back!!! Europcar is shocking, I will never go through them again and I don't recommend anyone go through this!
