I bouhgt a brand new 2013 Ford Focus ST at Eastvaal Motors Secunda in January 2013. This car has given me problems since the day I bought it, till today. The has been a couple of problems with the car and they are outlined as follows:
1. SYNC system
2. Idling problems
After a very seriuos fight with Abri Nortje (the Dealer principal) the SYNC system was fixed. Immediately after this problem, my car suffered idling problems. It will stall everytime I get to the traffic light or stop sign. This problem persisted from that day till today but Abri Nortje is refusing to replace the car. He always just tells me that he will not replace the car but he will keep on trying to fix it, he even says that he will try fixing this car forever.
My advice to anyone that wants to buy this car is, he / she must never buy it from Eastvaal Motors Secunda because their service is bad, they do not care about their customers. I am still seating with a problem I had the first day I bought the car and Abri Nortje does not even want to talk to me now because he always tells me not to call him. To everyone that will read this, PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT EASTVAAL FORD SECUNDA IS A NO NO PLACE, ABRI NORTJE!!!
