I sent my Chery Tiggo in for its 5000 km service and requested that the alarm system be checked and that the windscreen rubber was re-attached. Upon arriving to book the car in on the day of the service they were not even ready to receive cars. I collected the car after the service and if had not checked up i would not have been told that the alarm problem was due to a faulty sensor which they needed to order and that they had not re sealed the windscreen. I was assured it would be a few days however despite constant follow up telephone calls i have still not had this resolved.
No one takes accountability SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!
