2nd Chery QQ3 with faults

I bought my daughter a Chery QQ3 car for her 18th birthday (June/July 2010) it gave endless problems (due to False information given when the car was sold to us) After getting my lawyer involved they exchanged it in December 2010. This new one has had a noise from the front wheels, the windscreen came totally out on the national road (N1) lucky her boyfriend was with her and told her what to do. They went to the dealer and they glued the windscreen and used masking tape round the edges of the windsreen which had to stay like that for 48 hours. The windscreen cracked out of its own last year and we bought a new one and had it replaced by a glass fitter. NOW THE DASH BOARD HAS TWO HOLES THAT HAS FALLEN IN THE SIZE OF A MEDIUM ORANGE AND IF YOU TOUCH IT SLIGHTLY IT SCRAMBLES LIKE POWDER. SHE HAS HAD THIS ONE - 2YRS 4MTHS . tHIS IS RIDICULOUS. The serious you get at Chery McCarthy Parow is pathetic. They service the car but never pick up the faults which should have fallen under the warranty. So everyone out there rather pay a bit more and get a decent car... we stil have about 3yrs to pay off on this car and there is no trade in value for it because of the damages...
