I bought couches from Ettiene n Lewis last year September, after paying R 17 000 for 2 couches, i was told that they're supplier committed suicide. I was patient for 3 weeks, until they could find another supplier. When the couches arrived the seams weren't even matching up. They then sent another set of couches. Then the cushins wern't even the same size or the studs straight. They sent another set of couches. 3rd time lucky... thats what i thought. On the 27th of February, when the couches was cleaned, wiping one of the cushins, the colour came of with one stroke. Notifying them of this problem and the fact that the cushins are flat, they fetched the 1 couch and left another small one. And the driver spinning off in my driveway. After numerous calls there and Tina coming up with some lame excuses, Abel Lewis told me that paint was messed on it. BULL!!! There was never paint close to my house. Apparently Ettiene and his daughter are in on this CONSPIRACY. Its now 2 weeks since i have heard from them. EITHER YOU SORT THIS OUT OR YOU CAN COME TAKE THIS AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! There is NO GUARANTEE or SERVICE at Ettiene n Lewis after you pay!
