Last week Saturday Junior contacted me and said he had a fantastic car that had literally just come in.
On arrival at the Lyndhurst dealership Junior suddenly sprung some news on me, the vehicle had been in an accident. I was hesitant but I was assured there was no engine damage and took the car for a test drive.
Everything went well and Junior forwarded me the finance application forms.
I sent through the documents on Monday. We spoke later that evening when he told me someone else was interested in the vehicle and had also submitted a finance application a few hours ago, after me. I distinctly asked him if I was wasting my time and he said no decision had been made and I'd have to see who's finance came through first.
My finance was approved first thing Tuesday morning. I tried to contact Junior but he ignored all my calls, emails and messages.
I eventually spoke to Grant who told me the vehicle was sold and that an offer was made on the vehicle even before it came in.
I feel Junior was dishonest and strung me along hoping the other finance would fall through. He didn't have the curtsy to call me back.
I will NEVER recommend your dealership and I will share my experience.
