Ordered an IT product online that was dispatched with CourierIT. Package never arrived, never received any feedback whatsoever. The onus was once again on me to do their work for them, as they cannot seem to find an address in a world where Google Maps has freely existed for years. Absolutely pathetic, parcel still remains undelivered.
