I would like to warn all Rentalcars customers to be careful of this company as I was conned by them. I honestly never thought that I would get this bad service from a car rental company. This was my first time making use of their service and probably very last. I booked for a specific car online and payed for it a few days later. I received my confirmation email stating the type of car and also info about the dealer & pick & drop off times. Weeks later I wanted to amend my booking & discovered that my car has changed to a much lower class of car. I tried for weeks trying to convince them that I booked and payed for a specific car and even forward them that email that confirms my booking but yet they did not admit that they at fault. They even said that I booked and payed for that lower range car & that they cant do anything about it. For weeks and hours of wasting my time on the phone, they agreed that they can give me that car at cost price but I will have to pay in a third of the total rental cost before I can get the car. I feel that I was ripped off and paid for a specific car & are entitled for that car without any extra cost.
