Needed to get a parcel picked up from Umhlanga. Sender did not give me an accurate address or phone number.
Instead of the courier getting upset with me or refusing to collect, Natalie had been helpful from day 1. She followed up on my behalf with the customer, called me back instantly, made sure the driver went THREE times to pickup, and to top it all off, she apologised to me for the inconvenience (even though the courier was not at fault at all!).
Churchills have excellent courier pricing, and I'm glad to see that the saying "you get what you pay for" does NOT apply in this case.
