ENGEN MAYBERRY PARK

At lunch time I quickly raced to Engen Service station in Mayberry park for petrol before collecting my children. I sat in my car whilst 2 attendants casually continued there assistance of other customers. Absolutely no hurry to help me. I got Infuriated when after 10 minutes they were still in no hurry to help me. The attendant at the till was just standing there as if chatting to the teller without even a second glance to me. Thereafter he strolled to the back, somewhere and disappeared for another while. When I got out the car and ask who was assisting the Tellers that could see me this whole time, looked up in surprise, like "Oh dear you havnt been helped??? "
I rushed in to see the manager. Who was nowhere to be found. Had to wait another few minutes. When I stepped into the office a lady got up casually and asked if she could help. OMW.
This is total disrespect for customers and down right arrogant. Rude to say the least. It was quiet clear they didnt want to help.
