Took my car for a service under maintenance plan, on Saturday to Fury Sandton, but another Ford Garage already claimed the service on maintenance plan when all they did was check the breaks. Fury Sandton took it upon themselves to resolve the issue with the other Ford Garage (not part of the Fury group), so as not to inconvenience their client.
After the service, I was told there was an outstanding campaign on my car. I booked my car for the software update today. When I arrived, everyone was still as friendly as they were on Saturday. I have never met a dealership with such friendly, motivated people as Fury Sandton. Its inspirational. Why anyone would want to service their vehicle at any other dealership in Gauteng is beyond me.
