I stopped at the Engen garage on Rivonia Road (closest to the N1) last night 6 June 2013 around 18:00. When I arrived the petrol attendants were attending to other customers, so I patiently waited to be helped. After 15 minutes no one assisted me. Another car pulled up and they immediately assisted that customer. I am truly offended by the shocking service at this petrol station. I have been filling up my car at this station for the past 3 years and the service is just getting worse by the day. I will now rather fill up my car at a competitors station that is right across the road.
