Accredited Members are a waste of time!

I sent my car to Wilropark Service Centre (an accredited member of the RMI) for a service in March this year, 2 weeks after the service, my turbo suddenly blows, sent it back to them, they refurbished it at R8457.10 and still charged me for petrol! The car gave many problems after that, they gave me a warranty so I kept sending it back to them! They then charged for parts that need not be replaced! 28/06/2013 the mechanic collected my vehicle from my home and kept telling me that they were replacing the high pressure pump but had to send it to Randburg (refusing to give me contact details or where my car actually was!) upon getting the car back, it was louder than Ever and still not sorted, they added 1400km's in 1 week, which I do in a month! The car was BUMPED at the rear end and my catalytic converter was taken off! The owner blatantly refuses to take my calls or provide his personal information in order for me to lay criminal charges against him - and these types of workshops are accredited by the RMI??? also very concerning that we have to pay just to lay a complaint when opening a law charge is free!
