Are Accredited DSTV repairers really worth it?

I encountered signal problems.
Called out Satellite Solutions based in Tableview.
They replaced my Lnb but I continued to experience problems.
After attempting on numerous occasions to get the supplier to come out and look at the problem and being promised that they will, I reported the matter to multichoice as the supplier is an accredited repairer.
After 3 weeks of getting airy fairy responses from Katleho, Mfaniseni, Tebogo and Asivhanzhi of multichoice I am now being told I need to go into a multichoice branch. It seems as if multichoice cannot control their offending accredited repairers. So whats the point of accreditation?
What a waste of time and money.
Disgraceful.
