About 3 months back I experienced problems with the turbo on my renault Kangoo 1.5dci. I immediately got in contact with Mr Turbo in Alberton seeing that they" specialise" in this field. Bought a"brand new" turbo from them the very same week. Not long the"new" turbo started giving me problems again, I gave them a call and they told me to bring it back, they will have a look at it. I do work with this van and running around all over Joburg does cause wear and tear but not on a new part. I did not have time to wait for them to have a look and instead took it to a mackie in my area who confirmed that the seals on the new turbo was damaged! I was appalled and gave them a call and like all they denied selling faulty parts but still i took it back. The girl that works there gave me a turbo fixing kit as i tried to salvage my old one. Never used the kit cause apparently they dont make a kit for this model vehicle, WTH.Yesterday, more than four weeks later still no reply on the "new " broken turbo I left with them. I called them. All of sudden they are not aware of who I am and my problem with my turbo. R5250.00 spent. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, They have no gaurantees and no parts to fix
