My complaint is about Robertsham Service Centre, i contacted them to get a quote on rear brake pads and the sensor on my BMW 116i 2006, the owner phoned me back and gave me an quote of R1250.00 i then specifically asked him is that for the sensor as well and to reset the brake service indicator which the other guys quoted me R600.00 to replace the pads and sensor but can not reset the service indicator. So i took it to Robertsham Service Centre I went to fetch it now and they didn't replace the sensor and couldn't reset the indicators but still charged me the full amount cause he had to do a diagnostic on the vehicle i never asked for. And if RMI has crookes like this this on their books maybe i should go to the news papers so that people know they shouldn't trust any RMI accredited Workshop.
I would like to get feedback on this situation as the owner of Robertsham Service Centre is confident that this isn't a valid complaint and nothing wouldn't happen about it.
