Using an accredited installer is no guarantee against good quality workmanship. I feel like I have been taken for a ride by CTV, an accredited installer with Multichoice. How can Multichoice have such shoddy installers? What is the accreditation criteria that these installers need to pass? I have spent almost R4500 in paying 2 installers, purchasing cables, telephone calls, time off from work over 3 days. I am extremely disappointed, disillusioned and requiring answers as to how they could do such a lousy job and I demand an apology. I am also needing to know what will happen now that I have a unnamed imported dish and not a proper DSTV accredited Elsat dish.
