My parcel was sent from Hong Kong and then ended up in a customs delay in Cape Town. I contacted DHL to enquire about the delay and was told to provide the necessary documentation which I sent through. I then received a call on Friday afternoon requesting further documentation which I would then provide early Monday morning. Candice phoned me about an hour later to say that she sorted the issue with customs and that my parcel was cleared. I am very happy with Candice's extra efforts.
