So my Steed 5 has been with GWM for over 5 weeks now after the the engine packed up on only 46000km.
I was never offered a courtesy vehicle, and never got any response from GWM SA, best of all they did a warranty claim and got a new engine, now the engine is in but its faulty??? I guess you want me to sit another 5 weeks without a car and don't care because it's not your car. Never in my life have I been so patient regarding a issues like this, but still no difference in the service I am receiving from GWM SA. I will be honest, this is by far the biggest mistake I ever made, buying a GWM... BAD BAD BAD... NO SERVICE at all.
