My son bought a VW Polo through Imperial Select in Bloemfontein, my son is very young and still have to learn not to trust people by their word, the sales person said to my son that the secondhand car is in excellent condition, on receipt the car was full off dust due to rain and because he was overwhelmed with his first car he overlooked mistakes, the same night I saw the car I showed him the running paint, with the roof that is loose, that same night we have contacted the sales person to inform him with the faults, a few days later he confirmed that we can get a quote to fix the car confirmed with his manager Wynand Immelman, and now he turn around saying that Imperial will not pay my son has signed the check list.
What about cooling period, we have reported the problems a few hours later? My son is really pay allot for this car. I feel Imperial did not keep their word to us as customer.
