Francis never once commented or apologised about his employess damaging the new paint work with their overalls. Nor did he apologise for the heat lamp falling on & damaging my vehicle whilst in his posession. Nor did he comment on the pit marks which he saw himself, The wrong colour verified by numerous other panelbeaters & also the long sanding lines that francis saw in his re-repaired work on the 2nd time. Francis didnt return calls & his staff were asked by me why & when will they fix? Surely once you start a job you should finish it properly regardless of how busy you are. You started the work & did not complete it properly. My car tyre was puntctured at metal cross & 2 other panelbeaters verified the stud in the tyre as a bumper attaching stud. Francis threw it out quickly when he took it from me. My car battery was also run flat by Francis. Francis was unable to get the Pearl colour right & I have photos to show anyone who wants to see it. Pit marks in paint mean there is a contamination in the paint lines. Also long sanding lines show a wrong grit sandpaper was used. The car went there for repair 1st time and came back with more problems. I never said a bumper was loose ever.
