I have had repairs done to my vehicle by Frank and Metal Cross. The work was well below any acceptable standard. Frank was rude and aggressive to me when i pointed it out. I was forced to take a refund I didnt want. I have now been quoted by a nice person in a proper AA approved and RMI registered body shop double what Metal cross refunded to fix the work done by FRANK MENEZES. Frank was unable to get the paint colour correct on several attempts. There are long sanding lines and Pit Marks in the work. The car now has a bumper with different colours on it as he blended very poorly the paint he did at metal cross. The Fender is pure white also and the car pearl white. The 2 tone affect achieved by Frank Menezes cheapens the car extremely. I would advise anyone who cares for their vehicle to never go to Metal Cross Vehicle Makeover clinic. I am more than happy to show anyone the poor work done by Frank Menezes at Metal Cross. He is not RMI registered or approved in the AA list of good Autobody repairshops. His attitude is appaling and I have witnesses that saw how aggressive he was to me. The poor repair work speaks for itself and is so super plain to see that its far below pa
