I have on the 13/08/2013 gave my vehicle bumper and spoiler for repairs at bumper clinic and on the 19/08/2013 I left my vehicle at Bumper clinic for repairs to the back panel and for fitting of the rear bumper.
When I went to pick my vehicle up in the evening of the 19th I was shocked at the terrible workmanship and the poor attitude of the owners.
The bumper was spot painted, I was charged for a full re-spray of the bumper.
The repairs to the actual bumper was very defective, the lines and edges of the bumper were all off.
The paint work on the bumper and spoiler was full of fish eyes and over-spray including drips.
Damages e.g. deep scratches on the spoiler and bumper was not repaired however they attempted to cover it up with a re-spray. The back panel was just knocked out with a hammer and in doing this further damages where caused to another panel in the car. The metal was left raw, not painted.
When I spoke to the owners and the spray painter, they paid no attention to me. Ignored me when I was explaining the problems, told me 'that you worried about this thing do not worry'. I asked to take my car away however they held my vehicle ransom until i paid.
