I complained last week about difficulty in getting my timeshare cancelled.i received a call the next day enquiring about my complaint.
The lady who helped was Magaret Francis. she listened carefully to my complaint and promised to get back to me. This was certainly done. The matter was resolved amicably in three days. i am impressed with the service i got from Flexiclub and especially Margaret Francis
