2 weeks on and i am without my ca

My car has been in for the past 2 weeks with some engine problem. I went in yesterday to find out when i will have my car back, i spoke to the workshop foreman (Francis) who promised me that i would get my car back on saturday by 12.

I got a call at 10.22 on Saturday (18 Jan) from ABDUL and he told me that he had cars that had come in today for service that he was going to prioritize. On asking him why my car that has been in the workshop for the last 2 weeks was not being prioritize he told me that Francis (The workshop foreman) did not know what he was talking about.

I have returned the car that i was using (Car Hire), and I have been called by a very arrogant ABDUL, and I do not have a car to use because Abdul decided to prioritize vehicle that came in today over my car that has been in the workshop for the past 2 weeks, I have got to be at work on monday morning . could you please suggest to me how on earth i am going to be at work on monday.
