POOR POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!

My colleague bought a car from them in January 2013. Apart from the normal finance charges he paid CASH for an extended 2 year warranty. When the car went for a service beginning August they detected a faulty water pump that is suppose to be covered by this policy.

It could not be fixed as all of a sudden the policy was nowhere to be found! Only to be told the lady mentioned never loaded the policy on the system. It was rearranged for the vehicle to go back today to have the water pump repaired. The policy number given to him DOES NOT EXIST!!!

He needs her car to be fixed today! We will expose the POOR service of this branch and contact the Ombudsman AND Dr Johan Van Zyl who is an old school friend!

I must say the service he got from Toyota Woodmead was great! They dropped him @ work and collected him when the car was ready. MIDRAND well another story! The driver would not wait 2 minutes for him to get his keys and jacket from his car and made him wait another hour before dropping him @ the office! AND they will not collect him when the car is ready! He must make a plan to get there! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
