Phase drop outside farm and my borehole burnt out

More than a year ago in June 2012 Eskom dropped a phase outside my farm. All the lights dimmed suddenly inside the house and the TV shut off. At that stage my borehole pump was running and in excellent condition for that is our only supply of water on the farm. My worker Edson came to me and said that the pump is not pumping any water. At that stage we thought that the pump had a restart delay. I phoned Eskom and told them that I think a phase dropped somewhere. I phoned my neighbours and they confirmed the drop for they have an electrical switch with lights telling them that a phase has dropped. The following day we wanted to pump water and the pump did not work. Wikkies pompe came out and confirmed that the pump burnt out during the phase drop. Since January 2013 I have phoned Eskom trying to find out what is happening with our claim. We had to pay R12 900-00 for a new pump and it ruined us financially for we did not have the money at that stage and we had to make a loan. I have phoned them several times about my claim and they just don't care, don't give us any answers or phone us back when we leave messages. This is really poor service. I want my claim paid out!!!
