I took out an extended warranty on my BMW E46, but as soon as I wanted to claim, the call centre operators had bad attitudes towords me, and all of a sudden the part was not covered, although they cover the gearbox, it is all of a sudden a part on the gearbox they don't cover! Why don't they just specify better then? Wait, probably because no one will take the policy then. According to the policy they cover towing charges up to R1000, but apparantly they don't pay tow costs if its an unsuccessful claim, once again, never in the policy it states that they only pay tow charges for a successful claim! So, its a complete waste of money, this policy is absolutely useless. Rather go for a motorite warranty!
