I work for Pick n Pay Head Office and i had a problem with the brakes of my Renault Sandero. Today i took my car to the Renault Dealership - Route 24 in Edenvale.
Wow does this branch know about Customer Service - Friendly, Efficient, Caring and very knowledgable. Whilst they were sorting out my brakes, i was able to help myself to complimentary Nescafe Coffee and they have Tv for you to watch, while you are waiting. In no time my brakes was sorted out and my car was brought around to me and i was informed of what was the problem and exactly what they did to rectify the problem. I am really impressed with you guys and i can see your main focus is on the Customer - Thank You!!!
