There is a paid up policy on a property and the pool pump seized up or stopped working. i phoned and notified Tshepiso received a claim number 93470455. i also asked her what the excess was she told me i also said i would likely have it fixed myself and not claim. she acknowledged same. i was told a pool person would see us and waited. all of a sudden an assessor mohammed phoned and said he would visit and see the pool guy etc etc. he visited said it was a motor ring or something and left within maybe five minutes. afetrwards a pool guy came and he said it wasnt the problem it was a leak underneath the pump.
i in the interim went and bought a new pump and the people said that there is no pool rings etc etc and gave me the new pump. i sent tshepiso various emails with proof of payment. THEN LO AND BEHOLD after i fixed it myself mohammed phoned and said he decided that the ring was faulty, i told him i replaced it and his story doesnt wash as he couldnt make a decision as the pool guy had a different one.the long and short is outsurance is crooked the wont pay and assesors make their own decisions before the experts are there i am cancelling the outsurance policy
