Our company urgently needed to send samples to a client in Kenya, in order to have the items approved and signed off. Sales department of ABC Direct Express told me my goods are in Nairobi waiting for clearance. After 10 days I started investigating. After numerous calls I traced my parcels to a warehouse in Johannesburg. It took another 6 days from there to have goods delivered. The company lost a million dollar contract due to the inefficiency of a useless courier company.
