I have lodged a complaint at Total on 10 June 2013, about their fuel station in Pofadder. They gave me a reference number (ISS225435) and told me that it will be investigated. I have emailed them again and no reply. When I called them they told me that they will come back to me, but they didn't. I had to pay R35000 for the damage done to my vehicle! And nothing is happening on their side!!
