Absolute Bad service and COMMUNICATION

After I sent my vehicle in for a routine service i did tell Auto Elegance that I've got problems with cold start in the mornings and they've told me that they will look into the problem. After their discovery of air in the diesel line they contact me and told me they need to replace the O rings on the diesel Filter. After that the vehicle still didn't' perform as it should. Taking it back the technician told me that it is the glow plugs. After replacing that the vehicle is still not starting. Then i took it back and according to the technician it can be the high pressure diesel pump. After servicing the diesel pump, (All the above at my expense) the vehicle comes back to me with a diesel leak (no LEAKS before) Showing this to the technician they fix it at there expense. The vehicle still not starting. Sending it back to them on the 15th of July 2013 to FIGURE out what the problem is they ONLY called me on the 23rd of July for the 1st time After I called them on the 22 July to find out what is happening with my vehicle. They are going to fit another starter. Long Story short. Its the 26 Of July and still no response or Vehicle. ABSOLUTE NO COMMUNICATION and This is a 6 WEEK PROBLEM
