UPS South Africa Are one of the most unreliable and Unorganised courier companies I've had to deal with.
I've been expecting a package from Europe, the last Scan Showed it had ARRIVED in Kempton Park on 31 July 2013 at 08:30.
To this day it hasn't been delivered. The call center is totally inefficient and unhelpful, instead of making an effort to assist in locating it I am given conflicting Stories.
One agent asked me to contact the sender to file a "lost item claim".
Another wants a description of the package. Another claims the package is with customs, and will call me back. Its been 3 days and I've yet to receive a call.
I find it totally unacceptable for this level of unprofessionally behaviour from an arm of a well respected international courier brand.
The primary aim of using a courier is to have items delivered quickly and efficiently.
I am a student departing later this month for study oversees, The package in question contains important travel documents for my journey, Without which I will be unable to communicate, back home. Requesting a new set will end up costing 3 times as originally planned for. On a student budget this is nearly impossible.
