I am quiet disturbed to see how courier companies are working nowadays.
I paid for and overnight delivery on the 21/08/2013, my package was picked up on 22/08/2013 and i had clearly asked the courier guy if wether it will be delivered overnight, he quickly replied yes it will be there overnight delivered
Its gone a total of 5 days now and i havent heard anything of my package being delivered. Go online to track and just gives me the same thing from day 2. Called the after hours numbers and no answer! Useless!
Called this past Monday 26/08/2013 and the lady says it wil be delivered the next day! Really! Do yourl know what the meaning of overnight delivery is??? Futhermore she gives me details of their agent, i call their agent to query and their agent tells me its against company policy for me to call them. Why give me their number then INTERNET EXPRESS?? This was an urgent package and now its become null and void!
Dont do the businees if you can do the job! Wasted time and money, should have went to more competent courier businesses...
