My package was "was left by the courier and is currently at our depot." because (to quote your customer service agent) "the sticker had fallen off the parcel".
This was after an agent from Pretoria had assured me sometime after lunch that my package would definitely be delivered this afternoon - as it was supposed to be!
What was the solution to this problem, you may ask? The service agent told me "Sorry sir. Your package will be delivered on Monday". Gee, that just solves everything. Thank you for taking my money and replacing it with a late delivery and a "sorry sir", it was just what I wanted instead of my package.
If I wanted the package next week I would've asked for it next week.
