I sent in a squash racquet on the 22 Jan 2013 for new grommets and restringing. There were continuous delays getting the grommets (wrong size etc. etc. excuses). Finally around late March 2013 when I popped into the store to find out what's going on, they decided to go for sleeves instead of a full set of grommets. Now it's the 11 May 2013 and still no response.
This is the worst client service in terms of feedback. Never received a single phone call for updates despite many promised callbacks. It is unacceptable that they've had my racquet for nearly 4 months and can't even do a simple repair.
