Faulty sub assembly - spent R7650

Around the the 7th of October 2013 I registered on the Denver Scrapyard website within a couple of minutes I received calls from numerous autospares suppliers and Lincoln was one of them and his price was reasonable and all, I gave him my engine number as well as my vin and after an hour he called to inform me he has found a sub assembly that matches my engine, and ofcourse I had to pay before he would have it couriered and assured me that it was in good condition, and I reside in BoksburgI made payment on the 11/10/2013 received the goods 16/10/2013.The first Mechanic Mario took it in, he (Mario) called and informed that the sub is faulty, he kinsisted I TAKE IT BACK AND i was reluctant, he did what he could. but failed and said HE HAD buy new sleeves I called classic motors and since the sleeves were R1200 according to Mario classic motors gave me R600 however I did not push further as I wanted my car fixed. to cut the story shrt my car was returned worst than it was took to another mechanic within an hour IDENTIFIED THAT I WAS SOLD A FAULTY SUB.LIN PROMISED TO GIVE ME A FULL ENGINE I AM STILL WAITING.i HAVE BEEN CALLIN LINCOLN IS UNREACHABLE. I asked for my money backR7000
