CNA
Bad attitude of manager & misleading price tags

On Monday 13th January, I had gone to CNA, Century City to purchase my sons stationery. Stationery is usually situated at the back of the shop. Shopping was inconvenienced by placing stationery at the back AND front of store, having to go back and forth the entire time. Certain pocket files (20 pg & 50 pg) were on a shelf that advertised cheaper than the rest. The 20pg ones had 6 BONUS sleeves. So naturally I took the 20 pager with the BONUS sleeves. When I went to pay it was the full price and when I enquired to the manager she very arrogantly tried to explain that I had taken the wrong pocket file and sometimes customers place the wrong things on the wrong places. That I can understand, but why advertise the same plastic pocket folder for cheaper and when the customer enquires, its not the same price for the same thing because the picture on the front of the file is different AND it has extra sleeves, so IT IS NOT A BONUS AFTER ALL? Your manager who's name was CORRIE had no intention of apologizing for the inconvenience, nor had the patience to understand the LOGIC explanation I was trying to bring across to her. Your teller (Pumla/Pumelele) had been nicer than your manager.
