I recently met with a minor accident, Durban central panels accepted to repair the vehicle. They gave me a call to book the car on 29 July 2013. The quote stated that it would take approximately 12 working days. After 5 working days I call dcp to find out the progress of my car, only for the service advisor to tell me that they still waiting for the parts. Today I get a messege saying that the car will be ready on the 30 August 2013. A whole month! I depend on my car for transport to work. From 12 working days to 25 working days. I requested for courtesy car due to the Inconvenience, they told me if my damage was worth more than 45k then only will I get a courtesy car... which was not told to me when I had booked in the car. This is pathetic customer service from dcp! DCP is greedy for the job but cannot deliver the cars on time! This is the first time I experienced such bad service.
