My bmw bended valves on the 02-9-2013. Fouries auto sales stripped the car and said the valves are bend. The assessor Mohamed did a diagnostic on the car and said the car was overrevved. I let BMW do a seperate diagnostic that stated that the car was not overreved and that they can't determine the problem. I've went to a motor engineering and there report stated that the retainer washer co laps and that cotter pulled true the retainer washer and the valves hit the piston and bended the valves. And all the reports we're send to them and the ombudsman an still they refuse to fix the car. Fouries auto sales who stript the car did not even cleaned the sleeves out from the water that was in the sleeves an it rusted as well. This is going on for 9 months. BMW said u can't see on a diagnostic if the car was over revved or not. In the letter i got from the insurance they said i abused the car and not that I over revved the car.
