I took my car in for a service and left my cologne in the boot where I keep it. A few day after the service when I wanted to use my cologne, it was nowhere to be found. I called the service team leader to inform him about my grievance and he told me that he will check what happened and will get back to me. days went by and when I called again he told me that he is waiting for his manager and he will get back to me. a week later I called back again as there was no response from them and he tells me again that he will call me in an hour and by now you know what happened next... wait and no call from them.i finally send them an email to tell them that I will be writing to hello peter to warn people about what happens at their dealership and I get an email back telling me that I should send the a slip and name of my cologne and they will see what they can do for me.
People be careful when you take your car there, or better make sure that you keep every slip from your purchases for when ever your property grows legs.
