Had to tow the vehicle to CMD Chamdor but according to the assessor the vehicle is not at CMD. when trying to phone A1 assist got extremely bad attitude just by asking simple question to them "who signed at the yard for the vehicle"
It is not that difficult, if you hand over something to another person especially if it is not yours then you make sure who signed for it, now just "some guard" as the reply was.
If these incompetent bunch of clowns try and tow your car, rather phone your insurance and let them send somebody with brains and manners to assist.
