I ordered and paid for a tail Light for a Kia Cerato on the 12th of February 2013.
I told Adeel Subjee to post it Over night with a courier to Cape Town as I needed it urgently.
On the 14th of Feb I followed up as the part was not with me yet. He informed me that although i had paid EFT and sent proof of payment from ABSA they had not sent the part yet as the funds had not cleared in their account. Adeel then sent his driver to the post office (who are striking) and posted it 'normal mail'! I still do not have my part 3 weeks later, but the money is in their account. I have phoned, smsed and emailed this guy almost daily since the issue arose. His attitude all along has been he did his part and posted the item it's my problem now!
He is totally ignorant of customer service, responsibilty, delivery liability and common decency! He has called me a and said i am being unreasonable. 3 weeks for a part from JHB to Cape Town and I am unreasonable!!! He also told me almost 2 weeks later that he was on holiday and that i should arrange to have the part collected and send it via courier.
These people are disgraceful DO NOT USE THEM!
